Coaching is an excellent way to work on individual performance in a targeted and lasting way – weekly training plans, a constant exchange and regular development checks without the need for joint training. We promote the networking of the SUP kids among each other and let our young athletes come together just like we do it. We provide three workouts per week consisting of on & off water workouts. Once a month we discuss the development and progress together. We are always available for individual questions.
If possible, we come together monthly for a joint training session on a regionally alternating basis. This training day will be charged extra.
Our many years of experience from training with kids and competitions flow into our program. The Crazy Sock Groms program is specially adapted to the needs of kids and brings our young athletes to peak performance with fun, structured training and the necessary bite.
